Abbott & Brown is a new-age UK-based accountancy and tax firm launched to support property investors, entrepreneurs and growing businesses in a digital era of tax and financial regulations. Although newly established, the company is a part of the Benham and Reeves legacy and is led by two very experienced financial professionals with a stellar track record in property taxation and compliance.
Abbott & Brown is headed by Christina Brown (Managing Director), an ACCA qualified chartered accountant with more than a decade of senior-level accountancy experience and Vidhur Mehra (Finance Director), CFO of the Benham and Reeves Group. Both partners have previously collaborated to lead the tax returns team for overseas landlords at Benham and Reeves. They now make sure clients receive both professional strategic oversight and technical accuracy.
Stay MTD compliant and follow HMRC guidelines
At Abbott & Brown, our goal is clear: we help clients remain fully compliant with all existing and new HMRC regulations when maintaining their books and filing tax returns to stay cash flow positive. With the rollout of MTD (Making Tax Digital) from April 2026, the tax landscape in the UK is entering a new phase of digital bookkeeping and quarterly online submissions for businesses, landlords and self-employed individuals.
