The Journey to Abbott & Brown
Abbott & Brown was founded with a clear purpose: to help individuals and businesses navigate an increasingly complex and digital UK tax system with confidence.
Over the years, through working closely with clients within our associated real estate business, we identified a growing demand for specialist tax and compliance support, particularly among landlords, overseas investors and small business owners. Many were managing significant financial responsibilities without the structured guidance needed to keep pace with evolving HMRC requirements.
The introduction of Making Tax Digital further accelerated this shift. Quarterly reporting obligations, digital record-keeping requirements and increasingly sophisticated HMRC systems meant clients needed more than a traditional accountant, they needed a proactive and dependable advisory partner.
Abbott & Brown was established to meet that need.
